Colour: Very bright with lively green tints
Nose: Beautiful lifted passionfruit, green beans and citrus notes with some white nectarine and hints of light almond creaminess.
Palate: On entry showing a mixture of passionfruit and white nectarine and a wonderful depth of flavour resulting from 30% of the wine being fermented and lees-stirred in French oak. The finish is a delight, very long and supported by a firm fresh acidity. This wine, while drinking superbly now, will continue to develop well over the next 3 years.
Try with pan-fried flathead or salt and pepper squid!
